नैमिषारण्य भारतवर्ष के प्रचीन इतिहास का एक अध्भुत हिस्सा है। नैमिषारण्य का वर्णन हमारे शास्त्रों मैं आता है। नैमिषारण्य वह स्थल है जंहा पर सूत जी महाहराज ने श्रीमद भगवत की कथा ८८ हज़ार शौनक ऋषियों को यह कथा सुनाई थी। हिन्दू धर्म के लोगो के लिए श्रीमद भगवत कथा का अत्यंत महत्व है क्योकि यह कथा वास्तिवकिकता मैं भगवान कौन है इसका वर्णन करती है। १८ पुराण चार वेद का सकलन करने के बाद भी श्रीमान वेदव्यास ऋषि के हृदये को संतोष नहीं मिला तो वेदव्यास को नारद मुनि ने इसका कारन बतया क्योकि उन्होंने निर्णय नहीं दिया है की भगवान कौन है इस लिए वेदव्यास जी ने फिर बाद मैं श्रीमद भागवतम की रचना की जिसमे निर्णय है की कृष्णा तू भगवान स्वयं। यह फिल्म उसी पवित्र स्थान नैमिषारण्य के अद्भुत स्थलों का मार्मिक वर्णन करती है। इस डॉक्युमनेटरी का उद्श्ये है की हम आप तक नैमिषारण्य धाम की महत्वता आप तक पहुचाये।
